• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Refunds

• Prorated refunds for unused subscription time
• No refunds for purchased credits
• Refund requests within 7 days of purchase

5. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must not:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Use Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to bypass technical limitations
• Engage in harassment or abusive behavior

6. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of uploaded images
• Grant Flux Context license to process images via AI

6.2 Generated Content

• AI-generated images have limited usage rights
• Commercial use may require additional licensing

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Original images: User retains copyright
• AI-generated images: Limited, non-exclusive license
• No warranty of originality for generated content

8. Data and Privacy

• Usage governed by our Privacy Policy
• Data collected and processed as described therein

9. Limitation of Liability

Flux Context is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Interruption of service
• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Content generated through the Service

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Flux Context against claims arising from:

• Violation of Terms
• Generated content
